Future Social Campaigns

Social Media

THE BRAND

Future is a personal training app redesigned for your life. Your coach builds custom workouts you can complete on your own time, wherever, with whatever equipment you have.

THE PROJECTS

Worked alongside the Social Media Manager to help concept and bring social campaigns to life. She took the reigns when it came to coming up with a theme or a goal, then we would work together and create the strategy. And then, I would bring the campaign to life creatively and visually. Here are a few of the many campaigns we came up with.

SWEAT WITH PRIDE

Sweat with Pride was a social campaign we ran during pride month. The goal was to celebrate love by working out with various cardio activities. We had just launched heart rate zones in-app, so it was also a fun and timely way to highlight a new product feature. We introduced the challenge at the beginning of the month with an introduction video from a coach explaining how the challenge would work and our goal of raising money for a donation to a non-profit. Then later that month, we had quotes from a few LGBTQ+ employees sharing what Pride meant to them. Later, we shared a fun REEL with photos of employees repping their Future Pride shirts. Lastly, we wrapped up the month by sharing the cardio stats and donation total we did as a team. The campaign was a success, and we still have coaches and members asking if we will do it again this June.

NON-STOP NOVEMBER

Non-Stop November was a campaign that ran on social during November when we saw a typical drop off in workout participation. This is typically a busy time with wrapping up the year at work, people start traveling for the holidays, and the cold settling in. The goal of this campaign was to encourage our members to find a way to keep moving each day, whether that was doing their Future workout, going on a walk, or hitting a group fitness workout with their friends or family. We designed a fun chart to participate in on social, this helped create an accountability system, while also keeping the challenge fun. We had a huge amount of participation and saw a far less number of workouts missed.

ASK A COACH

The Ask A Coach series started to highlight coaches and their expertise, while also answering questions that members or potential members might have in regards to all things health, wellness, and fitness. This series runs twice a month and has been a huge success. Since this series runs more than once a year, we have started redesigning the templates once a quarter to keep things fresh. Before redesigning, we look at the past design and see how things have preformed and make informed updates to each redesign. Here are a few of the templates I have designed.

WORKOUTS DROPPED

Each week the client’s new workouts are available for the upcoming week on Sundays at 12:30 PM. We came up with the idea for this little animation to post on Instagram and Twitter every Sunday as the workouts drop. The goal was to create excitement and momentum for the upcoming week. Each quarter the animation changes and uses the quarterly theme color that is trickled throughout each of the templates we use. While this campaign could have easily been a static image, I used this project to start dipping my toe into the world of animation. The animations are simple, but it gave me a quarterly project to keep sharpening my skills.
